Our classic "traditional" and "family style" dishes are gently smoked over beechwood.

Our traditional smoked salmon is refined using only salt and gently cold-smoked over beechwood. Our family-style recipe is based on a decades-old family tradition. Using selected spices, we enhance this exceptional raw product and smoke it by hand over beechwood.

The result is a salmon with delicate seasoning, a tender texture, and a distinctive flavor.
